Since then, it has established itself as a leading German pasta manufacturer and produces pasta and spaetzle according to traditional craftsmanship in the Swabian Alb biosphere reserve with around 90 employees. The range includes various product lines that are valued for their high quality and traditional taste, including “Grandmother’s Kitchen”, “Original Homemade”, “Pure Dinkel” and “Pasta Tradizionale”. In January 2023, Tress expanded its production capacities by taking over Rossberg Teigwaren GmbH & Co. KG in M\u00f6ssingen.
