Appraisal contract to evaluate the mobile assets of five companies in the Schlote Group, namely Schlote Holding GmbH and Schlote Technology GmbH from Harsum, Schlote Brandenburg GmbH & Co. KG, Schlote Harzgerode GmbH and Getriebe- und Antriebstechnik Wernigerode GmbH. The Schlote Group, based in Harsum, is a family-run automotive supplier active in the mechanical processing, assembly and construction of components, die-casting molds and fixtures for drives, engines and chassis. Schlote Holding GmbH acts as the parent company and controls central divisions and nine plants, including Schlote Technology GmbH (formerly FormTec) in Harsum, which specializes in tool and fixture construction. Schlote Brandenburg GmbH & Co. KG was created to manufacture ready-to-install housing components such as hybrid transmissions for ZF and VW. Schlote Harzgerode GmbH operates highly automated lines in partnership with Trimet\/Bohai Automotive. Getriebe- und Antriebstechnik Wernigerode GmbH manufactures complex transmission and clutch housings, thereby strengthening the group’s portfolio. Schlote relies on state-of-the-art CNC technologies for small, medium, and large series production, as well as prototypes, and strives for technological leadership worldwide.
