The company has been operating the upscale Portun Restaurant and the adjacent Portun Bistro in Munich’s Schwabinger Tor district since 2023. The culinary concept is based on a modern interpretation of Alpine-Adriatic cuisine, inspired by Austria, Slovenia, Italy, and Istria. The dishes are prepared with fresh, predominantly regional ingredients and reflect artisanal quality, seasonality, and ecological values. The atmosphere combines elegant, modern design with a pleasant, family-friendly ambiance.
