Appraisal contract to evaluate the mobile assets of the Goldene Gans restaurant in Hamburg. There has been an inn on the corner of Rothestraße and Ottenser Hauptstraße in Hamburg since 1882. Christoph Lamers has been at the head of Goldene Gans (golden goose) since 2017 and serves upscale French bistro cuisine in a traditional restaurant with old wooden floors. The menu includes delicacies such as portobello mushroom au gratin, Provençal fish stew and Argentinian entrecôte. After careful renovation, the ambience is settled but contemporary. The kitchen team guarantees high standards with regional and seasonal products, while the wine list satisfies even the most discerning guests. The Golden Goose can also be fully booked for smaller private celebrations.
