Lueders & Partner GmbH is a consulting company headquartered in Hamburg. For more than 60 years we have been publicly appointed and sworn auctioneers and appraisers of machines, industrial facilities and real estate.
From our headquarters in Hamburg and our regional offices in Baden-Württemberg, Bavaria, Berlin and North Rhine-Westphalia, we conduct industrial appraisals and liquidations of mobile assets across Europe. In addition, we bring equipment and assets to sale through online and live auctions for our clients auch as insolvency administrators, banks/financial institutions as well as leasing companies, investment firms and entrepreneurs.

(JUNIOR) PROJECT MANAGER (M/F/D)
Full-time
Areas of responsibility:
- Recording, evaluation and documentation of mobile fixed assets and the vehicle fleet as part of appraisals, private sales or auctions as the responsible project manager
- Support of the project management team as part of larger projects
- Cooperation with the project assistants in the preparation, implementation and follow-up of the projects
- Coordination of collection processes in the respective companies from the appointment to the
clean clearance
Your Profile:
- Successfully completed technical training with basic commercial knowledge and possibly further training to become an industrial foreman, technician or similar.
- At least 2 years of professional experience
- Reliability as well as flexible commitment and organizational skills
- Good German language skills and basic knowledge of English
- Class B driving license
- Willingness to travel and customer-friendly demeanor
- Independent and precise work
- Ability to remain calm and keep an overview even in stressful situations

Areas of responsibility:
- Supporting the project management with inventorying as part of appraisals and auctions
- Supporting the project management and project assistants with auction preparations
- Cooperation with the project management and project assistants to ensure that buyers collect auctioned items smoothly
- Communication with clients and customers
Your profile:
- Willingness to travel (throughout Germany), ideally you are located in Bavaria or Baden-Württemberg
- Class B driving license
- Forklift driving license is an advantage
- Technical understanding
- A high level of responsibility and an independent, precise way of working
- Fluent in written and spoken German
- A well-groomed and obliging demeanor
