PROJECT ASSISTANCE (m/f/d) for Appraisals
Full or part time

The areas of responsibility include:

  • Project-related tasks in data collection and preparation of reports
  • Work with the company’s proprietary appraisal software and MS Office (Excel, Word)
  • Creation and sending of invoices
  • Creation of calculations & statistics
  • Maintenance of customer databases

Your skills:

  • Completed commercial professional training
  • Professional experience is an advantage
  • A high level of responsibility and an independent, precise way of working
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
  • Fluent in spoken and written German
  • A friendly demeanour and professional communication with clients and customers
  • Organisational skills and communication skills in a team

COMMERCIAL PROJECT ASSISTANCE (m/f/d)

The areas of responsibility include:

  • Support the project management in the preparation and implementation of auctions and liquidations
  • Project creation and ongoing maintenance or documentation
  • Collection of customer and bidder data
  • Opening and maintaining trust accounts including preparatory accounting
  • Recording of the items and their descriptions in the company’s proprietary auction software and MS Office (Excel, Word)
  • Coordination of marketing measures
  • Auction monitoring and post-sales processing
  • Communication with external service providers
  • Billing to the clients
  • General correspondence

Your skills:

  • Completed commercial professional training
  • Professional experience in a law firm, notary’s office, bank, or in accounting or wholesale and foreign trade is an advantage
  • A high level of responsibility and an independent, precise way of working
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Fluent in spoken and written German
  • Other foreign languages are an advantage

(JUNIOR) PROJECT MANAGER (m/f/d)
Full time

The areas of responsibility include:

  • Recording, evaluation and documentation of mobile assets and the vehicle fleet as the responsible project manager within the scope of appraisals, private sales or auctions
  • Supporting the project management team within larger projects
  • Collaboration with the project assistants in the preparation, implementation and post-sale processing of the projects
  • Coordination of the entire collection processes in the respective companies from appointments to site clearance

Your skills:

  • Successfully completed technical training with basic commercial knowledge as well as potentially further training as an industrial foreman, technician or comparable
  • At least 2 years of professional experience
  • Reliability as well as flexible operational readiness and organizational skills
  • Good German language skills and basic knowledge of English
  • Driving license class B
  • Willingness to travel and customer-friendly demeanor
  • Independent and precise work
  • Ability to stay calm and maintain an overview even in stressful situations
