Since 2016, Achat has belonged to the medium-sized investor HANNOVER Finanz and focuses on leasing opportunities through the acquisition of existing hotel properties. Under the separate brand LOGINN Hotels, Achat operates a distinct hotel concept with its subsidiary Loginn Hotelbetriebsgesellschaft mbH at seven locations in Germany.
