Appraisal contract to evaluate the mobile assets of Franz Tress GmbH & Co. KG from Münsingen. The family business was founded in 1969 by Franz Tress. Since then, it has established itself as a leading German pasta manufacturer and produces pasta and spaetzle according to traditional craftsmanship in the Swabian Alb biosphere reserve with around 90 employees. The range includes various product lines that are valued for their high quality and traditional taste, including “Grandmother’s Kitchen”, “Original Homemade”, “Pure Dinkel” and “Pasta Tradizionale”. In January 2023, Tress expanded its production capacities by taking over Rossberg Teigwaren GmbH & Co. KG in Mössingen. The company attaches great importance to the use of first-class raw materials, such as freshly beaten eggs from species-appropriate animal husbandry and regional spelt, to produce premium products.
