Appraisal contract to evaluate the mobile assets of PORTUN Gastronomie GmbH from Munich. The company has been operating the upscale Portun Restaurant and the adjacent Portun Bistro in Munich’s Schwabinger Tor district since 2023. The culinary concept is based on a modern interpretation of Alpine-Adriatic cuisine, inspired by Austria, Slovenia, Italy, and Istria.
