Appraisal contract to evaluate the mobile assets of the Winzergemeinschaft Franken eG (GWF) from Kitzingen. Founded in 1959, GWF is now one of the six largest winegrowers’ cooperatives in Germany. Over 1,000 active winegrowers jointly cultivate approximately 1,200 hectares of vineyards in renowned Franconian locations between the Spessart, Steigerwald, Saale Valley, and Tauberfranken. The product range includes classic grape varieties such as Silvaner, Müller-Thurgau, Riesling, Domina, and Pinot Noir, often bottled in the characteristic Bocksbeutel (a German wine bottle). In addition to wine production, GWF operates five wine shops in Kitzingen, Volkach, Iphofen, Stetten, and Wertheim, offering visitors an authentic wine experience. The cooperative places great emphasis on quality, sustainability, and innovation and has received numerous awards for its wines. With a strong community spirit and regional ties, GWF makes a significant contribution to the preservation and further development of Franconian wine culture.
