Appraisal contract to evaluate the mobile assets of Ziegler Holding GmbH from Plößberg in the Oberpfalz. The company was founded in 1948 by Wilhelm Ziegler and developed from a small sawmill into an internationally operating company. United under the Ziegler Group, the owner-managed family business is active in the wood processing, logistics, house building, technology and decoration sectors. The group employs around 3,000 people at 34 locations across Germany. The product portfolio includes sawn timber, glued laminated timber and plywood, planed goods, pellets, insulation and system products. One focus is on the sustainable use of the raw material wood, with the company attaching importance to ecological, economic and social action. The Ziegler Group received the “Bavaria’s Best 50” medium-sized business award and was awarded the Bavarian Founders’ Prize in 2023.
