Appraisal contract to evaluate the mobile assets of Alten- und Pflegeheime Familie Keller GmbH from Dorsten. The company operates six residential and nursing homes for seniors in the towns of Dorsten, Kalkar, Keeken and Raesfeld in North Rhine-Westphalia. The care concept is based on the model of Monika Krohwinkel: Activities and Existential Experiences of Life (AEDL). Approximately 150 employees care for the individual needs of the 130 residents of the retirement homes.
