ACHAT Hotel- und Immobilienbetriebsgesellschaft mbH was founded in 1991 and operates a hotel chain of over 50 individually designed hotels with a total of 6,000 rooms and apartments throughout Germany and in Budapest. With around 1,400 employees, the company focuses on the medium and upper 3- to 4-star DEHOGA market segment with a convincingly high level of performance. Since 2016, Achat has belonged to the medium-sized investor HANNOVER Finanz and focuses on leasing opportunities through the acquisition of existing hotel properties. Under the separate brand LOGINN Hotels, Achat operates a distinct hotel concept with its subsidiary Loginn Hotelbetriebsgesellschaft mbH at seven locations in Germany. LOGINN Hotels are characterized by young properties, modern operator concepts and innovative investment opportunities. They offer a cosmopolitan atmosphere, multifunctional lounges and are aimed at private guests, business guests and groups.
