On behalf of the beneficiaries and following a detailed appraisal we successfully sold selected machinery and equipment of D-H-G Knauer GmbH in Freiberg/Neckar through an online auction and a subsequent Private Sale on our auction platform.

The companies, founded in 1985 and specialising in plastics processing and toolmaking, manufacture and market bicycle and equestrian helmets under the long-established KED brand. With around 120 employees, a high-performance machinery fleet and a high degree of vertical integration, product development, toolmaking and helmet production are all carried out at the company's German facilities. From foaming the helmet’s inner shell and injection-moulding even the smallest components to final assembly, the entire manufacturing process takes place under one roof. The focus is on safety, lifestyle and proprietary patented technologies, resulting in premium products made in Germany that meet the highest safety standards while remaining values-driven and independent of international supply chains.
