Founded in 1852 by Johann Schwarz in Cranz, the sixth generation family business produces and sells fine ham and sausage specialties. Schwarz Cranz employs more than 550 people who manufacture raw cured products, raw sausage, boiled sausage, cooked sausage and cooked cured products using state-of-the-art technology. Customers include food retailers and discounters in Germany and neighboring EU countries.
