On behalf of the beneficiaries and following a detailed appraisal we successfully sold selected machinery and equipment of Fischräucherei Cramer GmbH in Saalfeld/Saale through an online auction and a subsequent Private Sale on our auction platform.

as been producing hand-finished smoked fish in its own smokehouse for approx. 20 years with around 20 employees. The raw fish comes exclusively from long-term partner fishing companies, mainly from Denmark, Norway, Scotland and Greenland, in compliance with all legal fishery regulations. From the suppliers of raw materials to the fish smokehouse, the greatest possible value is placed on sustainable fishing and the most prudent use of resources.
