Appraisals are based on current market analyses and comparative data from an extensive proprietary database developed over many years. These reference values are analysed by asset class and sector and combined with the technical assessment of Lueders & Partner’s appraisers and, where required, the expertise of specialised partners.
National and international markets are taken into account, along with the technical and economic characteristics of the assets concerned. Depending on the purpose of the appraisal, current value, market value and liquidation value are determined.
